Return Policy & Procedure
Return Policy
Soggy™ offer a 30 day product guarantee on all products sold online through
the Soggy™ Shop. This guarantee covers product defects and may be extended
or limited by guarantee information printed on specific product packaging. If
you wish to return a product under the terms of the product guarantee, you may
return it within the specified period to receive a full refund if refund is
requested, or a replacement product if replacement is requested. Soggy™
will cover the cost of shipping the new item to the specified shipping address,
but not the return postage cost or any other local taxes, postage or other chages,
unless specifically approved by Soggy™' (in writing) prior to shipping.
If you are not sure if you qualify for a product refund or replacement please
email us prior to shipping.
Return Procedure
1.Simply place the item in your shipping container (such as the original box/bag)
with a note indicating:
* The reason for return
* Your name/ address/ phone number/ e-mail address
* Your preference for refund or product replacement.
* If refund: the credit card details of the card used for the original transaction,
so we can
provide the refund (we do not store this information). This must include:
A.Cardholder name
B.Card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc)
C.Card number
D.Expiry date.
2.Take the package to your local post office and send package via registered
mail to the address below. Get a receipt for sending us your package (the receipt
is for your protection).
3.Your return will be processed within 30 days and your card will be refunded.
Please note: Soggy™ will operate on good faith with returned products,
but will not be held responsible for returned products not received, or any
loss, damage, or other impact of shipment initiated by a customer). For any
shipments that are misdirected to other destinations, the customer will be responsible
for the costs to transport them to our Returns Centre.
