The Soggy™ online sales process is the simplest on the plant. Ninety five
percent of all online sales are for the purchase of individual items. Soggy™
has avoided the use of complicated shopping basket systems in favour of a much
simpler 'buy as you go' model.
This means you know exactly what you are getting and exactly how much it will
cost before making your purchase.
If you are a retailer, distributor, agent or simply want to buy a large number
of products all in the one transaction, then simply email us with your details
and we'll send you a product order sheet.
**Please note that all trade or bulk orders will be validated before processing.
Soggy™ step by step shopping guide
The typical Soggy™ online sales steps are:
1. Select your product category by following the links to the appropriate page
(For example - Spindek™).
2. Select your product style (For example - Custom Colours).
3. Select the individual Model or Style (For example - select your colour combination).
Model or Style numbers are displayed under all products on the product selection
pages. It is worth noting the final product Model or Style number prior to purchase
so you can track the product order. The Model or Style number is also displayed
on the PayPal purchase confirmation screen.
4. Select the product quantity. Most products are individual items but some
are available in packs (such as a Spindek™ twin pack).
5. Press the Buy Now button.
6. Enter your payment details into the PayPal confirmation screen.
7. Submit payment details.
8. Your purchase will be validated immediately and you will be informed of the
success of your transaction with a confirmation screen.
9. Additional confirmation will also be provided by email.
10. Your order will then be processed and shipped.
